I first saw the X-Trail on Carsales.com, on the advert it had interstate enquiries welcome, I thought that was excellent being from South Australia and the car was in Ballarat, I found Michael Warren at Peter Stevens Motorworld very approachable. Many emails were passed between us and both sides were extremely prompt, to the point and very helpful. The whole process took about 2 weeks from the start to the final hand over. I couldn’t have asked for the service to be any better. I’m 50 years old and have always had Holden’s however after purchasing my new Nissan X-trail I consider myself to be a Nissan man now, I am wrapped in my new car and the service provided by Peter Stevens Motorworld.

From Libby Nugent (sales person) who was excellent, cannot speak highly enough of her ,along with Tony in Finance and of course the Service Centre, which I used for the first time yesterday. When I arrived I was met by Anthony who was extremely polite and helpful along with other staff. When I picked up my car I mentioned to Anthony how impressed I was with your customer service. I work with the public every day and thought our level of customer service was of a very high standard, however, dare I say, I think you might just “take the cake”. Not very often to do get good feedback normally with us you hear the negative. So I thought I should share this with you.
